July 17th | July 21, 2024

What: Fierce Church is partnering with Pastor Dave and the Church of Love and Compassion to love and serve the people on the reservation and experience the Ojibwe culture at the annual Big Powwow. To learn more about the Ojibwe, you can visit:
Who: Individuals and families are welcome to join and any minors must be accompanied by an adult. Our team will consist of 15 team members.
When: Wednesday, July 17th – Sunday, July 21st
Where: Ojibawe Reservation in Hayward, WI
Why: Love people outside of the four walls of the church

Transportation: We will carpool for the 6-hour drive. We will leave Wednesday morning, stop for lunch, and get there in time for dinner and their community night. On Sunday, we will leave after the church service and get back in the evening.
Cost: $300 per person. Breakdown: $100 to cover lodging at the Church of Love and Compassion, $100 for food (which we will be responsible for buying and cooking), $100 to fund service projects.
Fundraising: We will have participants send out support letters, asking for donations and prayer. These funds will be split evenly over the participants. If we raise funds above what we need, we can include this in our donation to the Church of Love and Compassion for serving projects.
Meetings: Prior to the trip, we will have a couple mandatory meetings so that the team can get to know each other as well as work out logistics for the trip.

Registration: Sign up here! A $100 deposit is required. Registration will close once we reach 15 people.
