Lead Pastor

You’ll most likely see Pastor Carter (or Carter, as he is commonly called) on stage or in our online service.  As a founding pastor since 2009, Carter is our lead pastor and teacher. He received his doctorate (DMin) from Liberty University, a master’s in expository preaching from Moody Bible Institute, and a master’s in Pastoral Ministry from Trinity Seminary.

      Next Steps Pastor

      Carla is our Director of Next Steps. What’s a “Next Step”? Maybe it’s finding a place to serve, getting baptized, or plugging in to a small group. Whatever your next step it is, Carla is here to help guests plug in to the life of our community! You’ll probably see her in Connect Class or hosting a Community Night — she might also text you to say “Hi” if you are new – it’s cool! If you’re looking to get connected to others in the church or take your next step, Carla is the girl to help you do it.

        Brandon is a familiar figure on stage, leading our worship every Sunday morning. If you have any questions regarding music or production, or if you’re interested in getting more involved in these areas, Brandon is the go-to person.

          Fierce Kids Director

          On Sunday mornings, you might encounter Veronica in the Fierce Kids lobby. She and her team are dedicated to putting together all of the lessons, polices, and procedures that ensure your child has a welcoming and enriching experience tailored specifically for them. If you have you have questions about what the kids are learning in Fierce Kid or want to be any part of Fierce Kids curriculum team, Its Veronica that can tell you all about Fierce Kids.

            Fierce Kids Director

            Odds are you will run into Jeanina in the Fierce Kids lobby! She will either be training a new volunteer or welcoming in families. If you have any questions about Volunteering in Fierce Kids or just want to know more about the ministry, Jeanina is definitely a helpful person in that area.

              Alaina Bennetts

              Family Pastor

              Alaina is our Family Pastor. Jesus has dramatically changed her life and she is passionate about the entire family getting to know and grow closer to Him.  She is ready to help you by guiding and supporting your family a overall family discipleship through teaching, counseling, and facilitating events that encourage family unity and spiritual growth together. 


              You’ll see her around the halls on Sunday Morning where she’d LOVE to meet you!

                Youth Director

                Just look for the teens! Abby is sure to be nearby! You will definitely find her at Fierce Teens on Sunday nights at 6pm. If you are a teen looking to get involved, or have a teen you would like to see connected, abby id the person you want to talk to!

                  Andy Schmeck

                  Care Pastor

                  Andy is our Care Pastor and a secondary weekend teacher. Andy has a bachelor’s in Biblical Studies from Trinity International University and a Master’s of Divinity (MDiv) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. It is likely you will see Andy and his wife, Brookelynn, in the lobby on Sunday mornings. As a team, they regularly engage with folks after service. They love to help people find their way and get plugged in..

                    Digital Media Team Leader

                    Rachel runs our social media during the week and delegate tasks for our photographers and content creators on Sundays. If you see a girl with a graphic tee and a camera, that’s her. Rachel and her team of Fierce Volunteers are striving to bring the kingdom to the internet, to uplift, encourage, and grow our online community at Fierce.

                      For those participating in our online services, Jenny Garcia will likely be your host. She’s ready to assist with any questions you may have about our church or how to get started with your journey at Fierce.  When she is not leading the online experience, you may also spot Jenny up on stage on Sunday, as she is a vocalist on our worship team.
